You will not be disappointed. If anything you will be happy and filled with joy from any scent or product you choose. Try something new for a change and I guarantee you will be elated. If your not so sure about the scent do not be afraid to mix scents and create your own signature fragrance. I do and people constantly ask what I am wearing.
Life long customer since you opened!!!! I went in the store and I purchase some thing and it said I was 19 points away from getting a reward I then today open the app and they removed a bunch of points it said I was 31 points away.
I tried to call customer service and ask them what was going on and they hung up on me it was already bad enough that I had an awful experience when I went to the store but now the app is removing points for me and customer service hung up on me.
This was not a problem before the app. I had never lost points before the app. The loyalty program for loyal members of the store which I consider myself to be is now ruining my experience at the store the app has ruined that. Customer service hung up on me twice twice and I use the number that was in the app. Therefore, I cannot give it any more than one star. I understand that there needs to be a trial period but this is going on for way too long.
There are so many of your customers who feel left out and upset. Stop being ungrateful. I wondered why I had never heard of this app and now I know. So, the new app is pretty awesome in the coupon department. I saw some of my favorite candle Instagrammers talking about how they got a BOGO 2 and Get 1 Free coupon which they used on candle holders.
The app also keeps track of your coupons with a wallet and shows how much you spent and how much you need to spend before earning your next reward. Reviews are really bad at the moment but keep in mind this is a beta app so if you are in the test area and can use it there may be some kinks and issues with it.
